About this ebook
Writing on depression is a tricky one, as my observations may hurt anyone who has been suffering from depression or by any person whose one (or may be more than one) of his/ her family members is suffering from depression. However, I want to clarify, I have no intention to criticise anyone through my analysis. If through my analysis one can come out of his/ her depression, I shall be grateful to God for giving me an opportunity to help someone through my writing. Otherwise, you may condemn my analysis and please throw it to the dustbin.
The characters described here are purely fictional, situations are real and any resemblance of any character, alive or dead is purely a matter of coincidence only.

My Grumpy Face
A grumpy face is not liked by anybody including the person who himself/ herself has a grumpy face. I am always criticised by my younger daughter, Anwesha that whenever I am photographed, I pose with a grumpy face which is contrary to my personality. So I thought to give the name of my book as, ‘My Grumpy Face’ which may be an indication of suffering from depression.
Some of my staunch critiques of my writings now say that I am on the right track of writing ‘something’ in a whirling speed. They now agree to my philosophy that, ‘My duty is to write what I think proper; readers have the prerogative to read or not to read and if someone reads, he can very well take a look into my ideas and analysis or dump my ideas and analysis at the very outset like spitting out a bitter pill.’
As usual I am always grateful to my readers and critiques alike, as I fully agree that both of them love me from their core of their hearts.
Writing on this topic is a tricky one, as my observations may hurt anyone who has been suffering from depression or by any person whose one (or may be more than one) of his/ her family members is suffering from depression.
I submit my unconditional gratitude to all my readers for their support and smashwords for publishing my books on their platform.

Impression, Depression and Hibernation
Our journey starts with three words, ‘Me, I and My’. The world revolves around me, not as scientists say around the sun or an imaginary axis which is few billion light years from us. For me, there is nothing important than me. ‘You have to give importance to me, you have to hear me, you have to make me happy, you have to provide food to me’; these were few demands I had made to my parent and close relatives immediately
