Fluffy Versus Milky Life with Schizophrenia

Fluffy is the good cat. Follow along as Fluffy helps Travis fight the bad cat, the bears, and the voices he hears. Travis suffers from Schizophrenia and he shares his journey with experiencing hallucinations and delusions that involve the good cat versus the bad cat Milky along with the bears, ghosts, and spirits. Travis fights every day to determine if what is going on in his brain is real.

Fluffy goes with Travis everywhere he goes to try and help him fight off Milky, the bears, spirits, and the ghosts. Travis shares his story about how an imaginary doctor diagnosed and helped treat him for cancer in 2013. Fluffy tries to convince Travis that the doctor and the cancer are not real but Milky, the bears, spirits, and ghosts have different ideas for Travis.

Travis ends up trying to perform an operation on himself by using a razor blade to cut his Thyroid out. Travis is then hospitalized and later diagnosed with Schizophrenia by the real doctors. Here is an excerpt from this book.

"Milky and Tom both gave me instructions on how to remove my Thyroid in an incident that happened in January 2013. I had this serious delusional thought that I had cancer. That thought was planted by Milky and his cat pact. The thought was also encouraged by the counselors that I was seeing at that particular point and time who kept trying to tell me there was something much more severe wrong with me than just autism."
