About this ebook

Evil Dogs in the Church is a non-fiction explanation of why the Church is quickly becoming unsafe. It should come as no surprise to any Christian that the Church is under attack. The Devil wants control of all key institutions: family, Church, School house, business houses, and governments. As long as godliness prevails in these institutions there will be resistance to Satan's grand plans of mass destruction of the righteous. This book reminds the reader that there is spiritual warfare inside the Church and outside the church. The organized Church is suffering from attacks from within and from outside. Therefore the believer has to be alert knowing that some of the Devil's messengers may well be the familiar guy seen at church because he or she is embedded into the Church to strike when the Church is in a moment of weakness. Africa has a growing number of miracle workers, diviners, and demon deliverance ministers whose excesses are giving the Church a bad image. The spiritual poverty coming from poor Biblical education has provided the best context for Satan's servants to infiltrate the ranks of clergy. Ministry has become a Sunday show of who is closest to God by how many people gets "slain in the Spirit" (fall under the power of the anointed man or woman of God). The ancient warning, "Beware of Dogs!" is simply being repeated here for this generation. Infiltration by workers of iniquity is not new.

I am a debtor to God from whom all blessings flow and without whom nothing else matters. I also want to acknowledge my wife and our children who allow me some space and time to write and share with God's larger family. Last but not least, we as a family in voluntary missionary work owe tons of thanks to our friends and supporters who pray for us and support our ministry financially. May this little book be an encouragement to you all!

    Prologue

The organized Church (Christendom) is under attack. The enemy seeks to wrest control of the Church from God's appointed servants and destroy it from within. Jesus foresaw this in the parable of the wheat and the tares. An enemy has sown or embedded into the wheat field tares or dogs (also wolves in sheep's' clothing). Many are watching the excesses happening in the Church and wondering if the Church is still the house of prayer that God intended it to be. Many do not see it as a safe place for wounded and broken souls any more. This writing acknowledges the fact that evil workers are in the Church in the hope that the believer will engage cautiously, rather than pretend the Church is safe and pure. Such pretensions only fulfill the goal of the enemy's strategy to destroy Christianized societies by destroying institutions that support it such as the Christian family, the Church, and Christian governments. Embedding dogs in the Church to make the Church stink in the eyes of this generation of seekers is a strategy that is successfully emptying churches everywhere in the world. Be encouraged to continue in fellowship with God and other believers and still be on the lookout for evil dogs embedded into the house
