To those who are in need of guidance and support through the troublesome times that result from the use of the drug we call ICE.

Ice; a synthetic (man-made) chemical, commonly manufactured by mixing various forms of amphetamine (another stimulant drug) or derivatives with other chemicals to boost its potency.

Ice is known by a variety of other names, including: crystal meth, meth, crystal, shard, d-meth and glass.

It is a type of methamphetamine, which is generally stronger, more highly addictive and has more harmful side effects than the powder form known as speed.
