From Meth To MARATHONS

FOR Costa Carastavrakis, life wasn’t easy. While he came from a privileged family and was showered with love, the conflict and depression he felt about who he was led him to substance abuse, and life took an even darker turn.

Happily, though, after years of struggle, Costa found a way to turn the tide – exercise. Costa fell in love with running, and today is proud to celebrate 13 years of sobriety as well as the fact that he’s a, the athlete shares the details of how he escaped the hells of crystal meth by running.
