CHAPTER ONE

Dirty Little Secret

Becky hadn't fucked for nearly a month. She was aching. Longing for it. 

It was a funny thing to have these thoughts, given what the world was turning into. The days that lay ahead were dismal, at best. What was left of society would come to an end soon enough. For now, it was time for patrol. She attempted to push her sexual thoughts to the back of her head, but they were always there. Waiting to be heard. The women all felt it, but everyone was afraid to speak of such things.

The zombies had come quickly. It began in a small town near a military research facility. It was suspected that the virus had been man-made, but they couldn't be positive. Those who were aware of its beginnings were surely dead. Even if some of the team was made up of women, those select few were probably holed up securely somewhere. Maybe even locked in with their male counterparts who had become part of the horde.

I gotta pee. You okay here for a minute? The voice was that of Linda, her patrol buddy. She didn’t know Linda very well, but she seemed like a good person. She had survived as well. Like the others back at their camp.

Becky looked up and down the street. Everything seemed calm.

Sure, she answered. But call out if you see anything.

Oh, you can bet that'll happen.

Becky smiled, a luxury these days. Linda went off to find a secluded area to relieve herself.
