But you'll also learn how to BREAK FREE from your relationship patterns and how to grow from the issues that arise in your relationships to ultimately transform your relationships - and heal yourself.

The Greatest Relationship Secret presents leading-edge developments in psychology in a short-read format, with real life examples so you can see how to apply the information to your own situation.

The Greatest Relationship Secret complements Astra Niedra's relationship guide The Perfect Relationship, expanding on one of the ten essential relationship steps in it.

If you want a deep understanding of why your relationship/s are the way they are, and you want to be able to change things, this ebook contains the most important, the most essential and necessary information for you. Welcome!

You’re about to discover some of the most empowering and life-changing information about how you work and how relationships work.

This information will help you to understand what’s really going on in your relationships when problems arise.

You’ll be able to apply this information in all your relationships: romantic, work, family and friendships.

If you have children, it will help with understanding them as they grow and express different aspects of their identity. And it will help with understanding your own responses to parenting challenges.

You’ll also have the key to a whole lot more. You’ll be able to see why you think, feel and behave in particular ways, and why you make the choices you do. And you'll know what to do if you'd like to be able to make different choices.

This ebook is a short and succinct introduction to a body of work known as Voice Dialogue, Relationship and the Psychology of Selves, which was created by American psychologists Dr Hal Stone and Dr Sidra Stone. It presents examples of how this work is used in understanding relationships.

I've been a facilitator and teacher of Voice Dialogue for 30 years and have trained directly with Hal and Sidra Stone. I write ebooks on aspects of this work as well as content for my website (www.voicedialogue.com) which is an educational resource on Voice Dialogue.

I hope you find this information useful and that it helps with any relationship issues you might be experiencing.

    The Greatest Relationship Secret

    ~

The greatest relationship secret is this:

Each of us is not only one, singular self or personality with consistent characteristics, thoughts, feelings and desires. Instead we are multi-faceted beings with many selves, also referred to as inner selves, parts, energies, inner voices, and include archetypes. Each of our selves has its own perspective, opinions, strengths and vulnerabilities.

    Let me explain:

Our selves are the most discrete units of the psyche.

Together, our selves constitute our psyche. Some are primary - these are who we identify as, and others are disowned – you could refer to them as your ‘shadow’. Different selves run the show at different stages of our lives, and even at different times of each day.

That’s why, for example, we might feel inner conflict about a decision. It’s why we can behave, think and feel differently
