Richard London

Richard is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur. He lives the concepts he teaches. Using the philosophy of his A Handbook for LifeSM seminars he has developed a thriving real estate investment business and started several computer companies, while overcoming multiple financial and physical obstacles. He has two children and is happily married to his wife of 27 years. Incorporating the concepts of his seminars has also enabled him to enjoy several very fulfilling avocations. Rich is a third degree black belt and has practiced and taught martial arts for over 26 years. He also has his commercial pilot’s license and is a major in the Civil Air Patrol (USAF Auxiliary). But most importantly, he cherishes his relationships with everyone he comes in contact with. Richard’s life has not been without challenges to overcome. At 19 he was in a motorcycle accident that put him in and out of hospitals for ten months. He has had a total of nine operations as a result of his accident. In 2003 he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and is now a nine year cancer survivor. Two years after his cancer surgery he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, but he has never let his spirits down. Richard truly feels that everyone can direct their own happiness and success. As he says, “Life is a test. It’s a test of perseverance, a test of faith and a test of will. I’VE DECIDED TO PASS THE TEST.” Then he asks, “Will you join me?”
