The Edible Alphabet

About this ebook
A unique way to teach the alphabet while introducing new foods. The graphic designs are made from foods representing each letter. Nutrition information is available for the highlighted foods. A visual design of MyPlate is included.
The book was developed as a teaching tool for my son, who has cerebral palsy and a limited ability to read. It is my hope to teach and communicate through graphic designs and photographs to those who are unable to read. Combining my background as a registered dietitian and nutritionist, with being a mother of a special needs adult helped me create "The Edible Alphabet."
