This book is perfect for busy people on the go. Cooking time for every recipe is less than 5 minutes, and preparation time is minimal. It’s quicker than a trip to the drive-thru…and healthier too. Every recipe features a delicious combination of nutritious, health-enhancing foods. Recipes serve one person, unless otherwise specified.
About the author
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor with a master’s degree in public health nutrition. Currently, I work as a corporate nutrition consultant in northern California. I have worked with many diverse groups, including professional athletes, families and individuals managing chronic health conditions. Using a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, I help clients to enjoy eating while nourishing their health.
I love food and enjoy cooking, but I don’t want to spend all of my free time in the kitchen. I’d rather be outdoors, playing tennis, or relaxing with friends. I realized that many of my clients felt the same way. So I decided to write this book, to share my favorite quick-and-easy recipes with the world.

Nutrition philosophy
My nutrition philosophy is simple:
Enjoy delicious, satisfying meals while listening to your body. Eat plenty of whole, minimally-processed foods. Embrace balance, variety, and moderation.
That’s it! Eating should be enjoyable. You don’t need to count calories or avoid your favorite
