Introduction
Many parents are starting to consider the idea of sending a brown bag lunch to school with their child. They are tired of the bad foods that the school is feeding their children and they want to make a change. They want to make some of these meals at home for their children, but they are worried that this is going to be too hard to do or that they just have to try too much to impress others. But making brown bag lunches for your child does not have to be difficult. With some of the tips and recipes in this guidebook, you can make the perfect meal for your child that they will love.
Chapter 1 talks about the benefits of packing these healthy lunches for your child to take to school. You are going to be able to save money, ensure that your child is eating something that is healthy and nutritious, and you can even avoid issues with allergies that can happen with a regular school lunch.
