Most of us have been through hard times or at least know someone who has been. Sometimes all it takes to get through those times is a reminder that we can get back up again. In this book I share stories that have helped me find my way out of depression. Accompanying these reflections are photos, mostly of graffiti, that called out to me. This book is a companion to the You Jump I Jump page that I started on Facebook in 2010 which has developed into an organization, You Jump, I Jump Inc.
