It's so tight.

Teolinda smiled at the red cheeks on Tommy's face, the way he shifted his feet and tried to get more comfortable. It had taken nearly an hour and a half of off and on tightening to get to this point. Tommy's waist was inches narrower, giving him a visible hourglass when he normally had no such thing. The wonderful part was how he had responded to her tightening the corset.

Instead of whimpering or complaining as some of the other debt slaves did, Tommy had only whimpered with arousal and whined when she stopped. When Teolinda had suggesting stopping, Tommy had shaken his head no, staring over his shoulder with such an obvious plea for more that she'd gone ahead and tightened the corset another quarter inch and then another. It was so tight now that the back was nearly completely shut at the waist, though of course there was still room at the rib cage and hips.

So who is she? Tommy asked as they all did last minute fixes on their makeup and clothes.

It was weird wearing makeup. Granted, there wasn't much, just a bit of bubblegum pink gloss on his lips and a hint of shadow on his eyes that played up the blue of his irises but it was still more than he'd ever worn. The gel that made his mousy brown hair stand up in artistic spikes had darkened his hair slightly even in the garishly bright lights of the dressing room. Every single one of them had blue eyes, pale skin and brown hair. Tommy was pretty sure that was a deliberate choice on Mistress Hong's part.

Mistress Teolinda Horne, Annie said as she fussed with the curls cascading down her shoulder. Fourth richest and most powerful person in the state, sixth most powerful east of the Mississippi.

She shifted on her hard plastic stool, angling to get the best view of how her hair looked on her back. The dressing room was anything but elegant. The bare white walls were scuffed and cracked and the floor had ripples where the linoleum had been put down incorrectly. Huge racks of lingerie stood against the far walls, all of it shared between the debt slaves who worked in this brothel. Granted, it was all beautifully made but it was strange not having clothes of his own to wear.

Tommy had been a little appalled when he arrived here to discover that he wouldn't have clothes to wear during his downtime. Clothes were for working or the rare occasions he was allowed out in public. Most of the time they were expected to be nude. At least the brothel was kept warm enough that skin was comfortable. Honestly, even his outfit tonight felt a little too warm though it wasn't bad enough to make him sweat.

It was one of the few comfortable things about his new life. Just like Annie's stool, everything outside of the play rooms and public lobby was hard, cheap and made to last. No efforts were made to make their lives more comfortable. The windowless little dressing room was no different from the rest of the 'private' areas of the brothel: hard, bare and completely unadorned. A few favorites of Mistress Hong got better beds and more food but that still wasn't what they would have gotten if they were free. Tommy hadn't objected to the lack of privacy or clothes. Doing so seemed like a sure way to get in trouble.
