Back in high school, Jonah met Heather and Delia. However, he failed to connect with either girl.
Jonah and Delia each went to college, after high school. Heather didn't go to college.
Jonah graduated from college and got a job with one of the defense companies in the area. He was working hard and doing very well career wise, my future was looking bright. Then he got chewed up in a political war and fired by my boss, Paul, in one of the dumbest moves ever.
After Jonah got fired, he managed to get hired, by the base, as an independent consultant. He worked hard and eventually managed to start his own company.
Jonah then hooks up with Heather'
Jonah then hooks up with the largest defense company in the area and he manages to forge an alliance.
Then comes a big meeting of defense contractors. Jonah is going to take Heather, but his personnel lady wants him to take Delia instead.
It's decision time.

I did go to high schools, but I never really learned anything there. I eventually graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, UCLA, with a degree in mathematics.I work as a Systems Analyst and also make a part of my living as a professional gambler (legal in Nevada.) My name is Jonah and I don’t need any whale jokes, thank you very much. I went to high school, here in town. I was just another geek back in high school and I really didn’t have any success with the girls, back then.

Now, one girl that every guy back in high school wanted was Heather. Heather was a flashy blonde with style, a beauty queen face and a lingerie model body. There was no way I was gonna get Heather and I didn’t even think about trying, back in high school.

There was another girl that I might have gotten, but Delia and I didn’t like each other. Delia was bright and had a lot of social skills. However, Delia hung with a group that included a girl that I had some major trouble with and the enemy of Delia’s friend was also Delia’s enemy.

One magic June, my class graduated from high school, with pomp and circumstance. (Well, at least most of us walked across the stage and got handed a cheap plastic folder. Later, there may or may not have been a high school diploma, delivered in the mail. I’m giving the people the benefit of the doubt here.)

Delia and I then each went to college, after high school. Neither of us had much money so we went to the local junior college and then on to State. We didn’t have a lot of classes together, but
