INTRODUCTION
Many spiritual leaders espouse discovering one's life purpose and subsequently pursuing it. What's missing from this paradigm is that we need to be embracing a lifestyle which supports ongoing improvement on all levels! Although many different lifestyles yield enhancement, none promise health improving every year as does that offered by the Self Rejuvenation Center. SRC combines many services to support a lifestyle upgrade so that we may triumph both individually and collectively over the healthcare and education crises.
The time for fretting about your condition, or that of a loved one, is past. Informed individuals can now choose to improve. Sometimes, circumstances may force unenlightened individuals to realize a change is in order, as was the author's case. What is required for improvement is the proper application of The Laws of Nature
. It may be noted that denial plays a big role in a non-improving lifestyle. Most assume if they are walking, they are fine. An analysis of the chemistry of a drop of their blood would prove quite to the contrary. Humility is required in recognizing that no man is born perfect. We do not start out knowing what The Laws of Nature
are, let alone our need to incorporate them into our lives. Often, a realization that something is missing is born out of trauma. Grief Therapy, led by a trained counselor, can prove most beneficial. Further, Bible studies can improve a person's outlook in regard to the necessity of taking proper care of the body temple. The mere reading of my previous book, Preserved to Serve, should serve as a motivator; as you see in the testimony that we may indeed Improve Every Year–especially the youth.
Much of today's conversation about heath is devoted to treating disease. In contrast, we will focus on what is meant by health. According to The New American Heritage Dictionary, health is, Soundness, esp. of body or mind…a condition of optimal well-being
. The Restoration Trilogy (which includes Preserved to Serve, Towards the 144,000, and now, The 8 Laws of Health with Recipes) raises the bar and sets a standard for health improving on a yearly basis.
