Shana Jay (born Shana Bibbs Hampton) is an only child born to Antonio C. Bibbs and Jennifer M. Bibbs Kilgore in Memphis, TN. What began as personal journal entries soon evolved into poetry as she allowed her more creative side to chronicle the events that took place in her life. Her debut book A Piece of My Heart was a pure and honest revelation of the woman that resides within.
