Barbara McGowan has been writing poetry since she was a young child. She has self published a collection of her poetry which has received accolades by friends and colleagues. A graduate of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is an ordained minister and a certified hypnotist and a professional psychic. Barbara currently lives in Arlington, Texas where she resides with her partner Charlene.
