About this audiobook
This audiobook is narrated by a digital voice.
The surface of the muscle has specific lines formed by connecting the fascia.
There are many muscles in the human body, and each muscle works to enable fine movements. And when we think about the movement of muscles in general, we take out only the muscles from the skeleton and grasp the movement when it moves alone.
“I’ve been blessed to know many great healers and teachers over my forty-five years in the field of transformation; is right at the top of the list of masterful practitioners I’ve known.”
This book is essential reading for anyone interested in maximizing their physical and overall health.
Don't miss out on this ground-breaking exploration of the body's connective tissue.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I had been diving into learning about fascia after my physical therapist mentioned it. This book does a great job of explaining what it is and how to keep it happy. It’s helped me understand a lot about the body, and they even have a few recipes at the back. Definitely worth the read.
