A couple notes to the reader: try 1.2x speed on this one. Second, the way she organized the book means it's probably a good idea to read it twice. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thrying to think where I might find lack in this course. It is very thorough. Little more plant description might be nice but the recipies and descriptive nature of what can be expected of each type of herb/plant/ mushroom is very thorough. The course is presented in almost story form that can make it even more reader friendly. Enjoyed this and satisfied with my investment.
