Life is war and this audiobook is perfect for anybody who wants to be prepared. I must admit I found that many of the techniques that were advised here are the tactics of psychopaths and narcissist, but you never know when you will need to use them and you will certainly have to defend yourself against them. I just finshed listenin to it and will listen to it again.
