This book was good, but there were a lot of plot holes. At one point at the end the power of two of the characters switched with no reason or explanation. If you dont care about the finer parts of the plot and just want a story to listen to, its good. It kind of feels like it was made to explore a kink, and the plot comes second.

I really enjoyed this combination of worlds and magic. The MC was raised in a small cabin believing society has broken down. When her father dies, she's thrust into the world she didn't know survived and becomes the center. She developed relationships with all 6 of her guards.
You did have to suspend belief that this woman raised with nearly zero people suddenly is okay with 6 lovers but the story carried it.

I enjoyed this story all around. The story itself, the narration and the steamy parts. Although 6 husbands at once is enough to put a normal gal out of commission for at least a week. I would like to see a 2nd book with a new bad guy and the triplets.

At first I didn't know what you expect, but then I reread the title and that it's s reverse harem and it was superb.
Many cool colourful characters that somehow still work together. A bunch of subplots was opened and closed. There's maybe one or two ideas left for a sequel but satisfyingly addressed still. They don't leave you hanging. Chef's kiss.

I'm giving it 5 stars but I really think it's more like 4.5.
I'd have loved a little bit more depth but the story is intriguing, the characters are all unique, would have loved to get to know each of the guys a bit more though and it's overall a nice read.
I'm giving this rating because of the overall feeling I got listening to the book. I wish the 2nd book was available on audio.

The plot was okay, the narrator did not do it any favors. With so many mates this needed a second person to narrate, preferably a male, especially because the one who did it could not effectively help the listener differentiate between which males were talking.

DNF... I was 8 hours in and just couldn't stand it anymore. The description was better than the read. Zero character development or adult conversation. TBF, I am writing this review after a month long break and the details are fuzzy. It just isn't like me to DNF. I stick it out until the bitter end but just can't bring myself to pick this one back up again. It started to read like a scenario driven porno. Zero build up just, gosh, I really shouldn't and then she immediately does. I honestly don't know how the narrator finished the book. I really wanted to like this one.

I only got halfway through the second chapter and I can't listen to it. It doesn't make any sense. How long have they been in the woods? Long enough for her not to know what a hospital is but there's still gas in the vehicle that works. Also just knowing how to drive and driving in a city with a bunch of people is two different things. She wouldn't know what a stop sign is or a stoplight and she would just drive right through it and get into a crash. Also when the doctor's going to go to her father she just goes into a different room and sits instead of leading him to her father. It doesn't make any sense.

Okay, I’m really really trying here … the premise started off well… but, if the main love interest is a man who calls a grown-ass woman that he doesn’t even know “precious” and says things about how she’s so pretty and must have a boyfriend ?…. I will be back to update as to whether this male lead is redeemable or if the story is so good that it’s forgivable.

NOPE. The idea behind the book has a lot of promise, however, by Chapter 14, I still don’t know much about where that’s headed and instead it has turned into a book version of a really shit porno. Whichever man will she choose as she dances at a night club while also supposedly being in mortal danger. Oh, I know .. all of them! Blech
