I have been looking forward to reading this author, but I am afraid I was disappointed.  Being born in Rhodesia and having lived in South Africa, it was unusual and rather nice to have a trip back into memory lane and for that I am grateful.

I just didn't buy the story. Sorry. Poor little girl kidnapped and taken over by lust with a heart condition? Yeah right?! I didn't feel the fear or the angst that could have really made the book.

I'm afraid you can't sell a book on sex alone and I HATE CLIFFHANGERS!!

I won't be bothering with the rest of the series.

This was a great start to what is sure to be a wonderful series! I’m really beginning to love everything by this author. Can’t wait to read the next book! Audiobook was also wonderful.
