About this audiobook

This is a book with 4 separate books in it. The titles relate to these topics:

Topic 1: Many people have heard of Hygge, but most of them don’t know how to incorporate it into their lifestyle. Hygge is based on comfort, warmth in the winter, and simple designs that reflect a homy, cozy feeling.

Topic 2: This is a nice, quick guide to help you understand the application of essential oils. You will learn what carrier oils are, and why they are so important to mixing the right kinds of oils. Also, you will understand more about using essential oils for the following purposes:

How to treat allergies.

How to soothe the skin or treat eczema.

Treating bug bites.

Why you should use lavender for certain symptoms or health effects.

Making your migraines or headaches disappear faster.

Topic 3: With Zen, you can change your mindset and your brain. You can begin to understand why meditation and mindful, subconscious thoughts will have a positive impact on your life. If you ask the right questions and if you are open to the answers, it can help you discover so much more about yourself!

Topic 4: Everyone is different, and there is nothing wrong with that.

However, what does this mean for the application of minimalist principles?

It means that minimalism is a stretchable concept that can be mixed into our everyday lives and into our personal lifestyle and choices. It also means that minimalists can be categorized, more or less, into different types. All these topics will come to light in this comprehensive book. Aside from that, the history of minimalism will briefly be explained, as well as the main steps for beginners to take.

This is a hidden treasure. This audiobook includes precious info. I 'd like everybody to know that I strongly recommend this book. I think the first several sections were my favorite ones, since the entire idea that the subtitle refers to, gets explained. All of the essentials are here. Later in the book, more depth gets included, and I believe this is what makes it so great.

This is definitely a top-notch book. If ever you're shopping for a guide on this particular subject, get this one. I have actually noticed that some books are pretty much trash, and this grieves me. However, this specific audiobook did not follow that trend. It's actually truly good. So, I love it.

There are lots of awful audiobooks out there, but this is definitely not one of them. In my opinion, it was just one of those books you can not avoid. You can not ignore it, because it is one of the best out there. I might become repetitious here, but that's simply how I think about it. I wish I was really good at composing reviews, but you'll just need to be pleased with this average recommendation, namely, that the audiobook was interesting all the way through, up until the very end.

Surprisingly good. That's what I think. The producer's performance was simply terrific, and so was the writer's text. I managed to understand everything clearly, not even if the storyteller pronounced words properly, but also since the information in it included new things to be learned.
