    This book gives you encouragement from the beginning to the end on how to overcome your anxiety. I know I suffer from this type of anxiety. And I have to tell you Have been evaluating myself way better since reading this book.

    Loved this book. I wish I would have had all this info year sago. I knew I had problems in my relationship. It was hard to figure out exactly what it was I was doing and how to fix it! My husband saw this book and I'm so glad he did. I blew through this book!! So helpful.
