Was there so much sex or unrealistic sex that you rolled your eyes and/or skipped forward? No

The back story... The MCs meet by chance a speed dating event and hit it off. While sneaking out, she reads a document of his and decides to investigate it as a journalist and put the pedophile in jail. He wakes up to find her gone and a bit later, they run into each other while investigating the same person.

The Romance... Develops from instalust during the investigation.

The drama explosion... The bad guy gets the upper hand.
Did it feel Real, OK or contrived? A bit contrived.

Was it resolved properly or rushed? Properly

Final Notes... I really liked the story but had to skip forward 15 - 60 seconds at a time when the author would continuously repeat or describe the situation after the character thought or said the same thing. I can tell that this is a quirk of the author so I will look past it going forward with other books. I will continue listening to this series.
