About this audiobook

Jared Dawson is used to taking big hits on the football field, but nothing could have prepared the New York Sabers star cornerback for the blow he experiences when he catches his longtime girlfriend in bed with an ex-teammate. Seeking a balm to soothe his wounded ego, Jared decides a no-strings-attached fling is the way to go. And when he meets the stunning new choreographer for the team's dance squad, Jared thinks Chyna McCrea may be just the kind of distraction he's looking for.

Chyna knows better than to fall for any of the Sabers football players. She's heard enough cautionary tales about Saberettes having their hearts broken to know that she doesn't want to be the next victim. But how can she resist the temptation that is Jared Dawson? And is he just playing the field or making a play for love?

I felt like this story could have used a bit more drama. Some sort of meet up between exes or ex and new boo. I also felt like the ending was rushed and left dryly
