I'm a couple chapters in, but I don't know if I can continue the book. The narrators constant intake of breath before her speakes in annoying and hard to ignore.

This was my 1st jade west book and I can gladly say that I have enjoyed it... I honestly thought that it would be one of those stories that was based purely on sex and pleasure so I was happily surprised at the background story of it... now this is only part 1 of 3 parts (which are already lined up for me) so the base of it was mainly an introduction to the characters and some sexy painful scenes.... please be advised that this story line focuses on BDSM scenes where the girl is basically a sex slave for 60 days so if you're not comfortable then this book is not for you as it contains strong language.

This book is darker than I expected. Gives me human trafficking vibes with the cameras and filthy rich men paying to watch. It's not just kinky rough sex or hardcore BDSM it's out right physical abuse with zero aftercare. Nonetheless, I'll be listening to the second in hopes of somethg...I don't know what, but something.

In book one,sell my soul, the author lays down groundwork for the trilogy.The sadistic man (whom will be h’s master if she agrees to 60-day contact)as is cold, unfeeling, and one sick SOB .

BDSM torture stuff. I wish it were more appealing to me, because I like the intensity. I just don’t get the pain stuff. Want more flame!
