Reviews for Relaxation Revolution

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Fairly useless book. The concept of stress being bad for health is widely known. The concept that relaxation, which is counter to stress is fairly logical. The placebo effect is also a well known effect. The author spends most of his time itemizing health problems that can be effected by "mind body" treatment (i.e. relaxation). He does provide data from studies to support the claims but most of the problems are logically exacerbated by stress. This book is not worth the time reading it in my opinion.
