Just what I needed to hear. As we get older we sometimes get stuck in our ways. Even though many of us know everyone has “issues” of some kind, this book sheds light on how we can know ourselves better (shortcomings) and how to properly express our love to those around us. Much of the info is general common sense but I can honestly say that I am glad I invested the time in this book. It has helped me and sharing the info with others has helped them. I recommend this read.
