Everytime he called her Sunshine, my heart grew a little bigger.
Also, I wish we got more after that mirror scene. You know? I get that it's a slow burn romance but damn, ??. I needed more.
And I loved the deaf representation. I think it was very well done.
Now to two things I didn't like; The Harry Potter references ( c'mon Publishing world, those are overdone now) and The cover could have definitely been better.
Please check out trigger warnings because the book tends to be a little heavy.
Last thing;" I’d rather be afraid with you than fearless with anyone else." This quote made me swoon so I had to share it too.
I'm excited I finally started my Bergman family journey! This was a great book to start with. I'm so excited! ??

Warm fuzzies, invisible illnesses, a couple that works on themselves to be better

I’m deaf. Reading a story about a newly deaf person struggling with hearing loss, speaking out loud, hearing aids has been everything to me.

This was adorable. I wish I hadn’t read the series out of order because now I need to.
