About this audiobook
The Eating Psychology Course is an all-encompassing knowledge base for those who wish to learn about, and aid others to understand, their relationship with food and the psychology of eating.
The first half of the course concentrates on aiding the student in their understanding of the psychology of eating and applying it in their own lives, both to benefit themselves as well as to be able to identify with their clients, once they set up a business.
Through this half of the course you will go on a journey of self-understanding; getting to grips with the intricacies of nutrition, ethics, brain-boosting nutrients, mindfulness, and the habit-building effects of emotional eating.
The outcome of what you learn from this will be that you will have a much more balanced relationship with food and a healthier body and mind as a result of this, and there will no longer be the need or desire to diet.
Having gained a comprehensive understanding of the psychology of eating and how this knowledge has improved your own relationship with food, the second half of the course teaches you how to bestow this knowledge onto others by creating and running your own coaching business.
Here you will be given the tools, techniques, protocols and strategies to enable you to become an effective practitioner. You will learn solid, effective coaching skills that will make a difference to your clients by getting to the heart of the challenges and nutritional concerns they face; utilising the specialised understanding of the psychology of eating learnt in this course.
