- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I like his philosophy of being nice to people. I wonder if it leads to being taken advantage of. Also maybe it works better with some people and better in sales. Regardless, i hope to try it with my people.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A good read but not as good as his first book. His voice seemed lost in a business how-to but a fun look at a store I don't make enough money to even walk into.
