    Kari Lemor has always been a voracious reader. One of those kids who had the book under the covers or under the desk at school. Even now she has been known to stay up until the wee hours finishing a good book. Romance has always been her favorite, stories of people fighting through conflict to reach their happily ever after. Writing wasn't something she enjoyed when young and only in the last few years began putting the stories that ran rampant in her head, down on paper. Now that her kids are all grown and have moved out, she uses her spare time to create character driven stories of love and hope.       This series was good, I felt like they got better as I progressed through them. However, I feel like some of the narrator’s weren’t the best picks. This narrator was decent when she used her normal speaking voice, but I feel like over 80 percent of it was her whispering, like she was recording this next to her sleeping kids. But despite the narrator’s I did finish, and stories were decent.

      This was a very interesting read. I began reading it with the assumption that it would be a traditional suspense romance like so many others I read but I was pleasantly surprised when the story took on PTSD. I enjoyed reading this book and would happily recommend it to anyone.

      The story was a ok but there was way too much unnecessary sex parts to the book to just fill in space between the story line. To me it discolored the story. The sexual acts could have been left out. I just skipped all of them.

      Most readers agree that a great story with moderate sex works well. This book, in my opinion, contained a fair story accompanied by sex on most every page. Not worth the read, again my opinion.

      If you are looking for a great book to spend some time with, this is it! Book 3 in a stand alone series, it entertains well with a blend of romance and suspense, and the added bonus of characters from the other two mixed in. Really enjoyed the lighthearted camaraderie, elements of mystery, and the sense of redemption that layers into the storyline. Nice!
