      Not your typical romance novel. There is angst and some pain
      Spoiler alert!
      There is “cheating” and I put it in quotation marks because they were not a couple per say. It’s not what i was expecting, I never like romance with cheating, multiple partners, etc. But it makes sense for the story so I read it to the end. Gave it 5 stars because it’s so well written.

      Cara McKenna has wrecked me with this one. This is one of the hottest, most emotionally tumultuous stories I’ve ever read/listened to. I wish I could forget it and read it all over again for the first time. My heart beat so hard waiting for every moment Shane fought his own feelings only to crumble in a glorious heap at the feet of a person he’s sure he’s not supposed to want in any way. He’s trying so dang hard to be in control, but he sooooo clearly isn’t. It’s hot, and frustrating all at once.
