      This was such a beautifully written love story. It might not be a love story of the average couple, but this couple is far from average.

      The narrator, Yvonne Syn was lovely and mesmerizing. Without her I would probably not have stuck with it. I had trouble getting into it with the clichéd French male prostitute/lover, but it got better as it went along.

      Be still my heart. Cara McKenna has such a gift for evoking emotion and passion and compassion; there’s not a single story I’ve read which I haven’t loved, but this story is absolutely amazing. I love the emotions, anxiety, fears, happiness, struggles, and connection the journey takes us on. From the beginning I was hoping these two flawed characters would find their way to a happy ending. I love how it all turned out for them both. I also want to know what happens five years later, and ten after that. What a lovely story of just being human and being loved, flaws and all.

      Storyline is good, characters are lovable, but it has spots throughout that it just seemed to drag out too long. It is a well written story.

      This is one of the best romance audiobook I have ever listened to. Narrator was perfect. Story was beautiful, steamy and just wonderful.
