      This is the 2nd book of Cara McKenna I've consumed and she continues to impress.
      The first book was great, was a bit unsure whether she could keep it up but I LOVED this book.

      I loved the first one because it was realistic, this one even more so but in a different way. It wasn't as steamy as the first book, but it had a depth and nuances that few books in this genre has. I'm a McKenna fan!

      I absolutely loved this book. The continuation of Laurel and Flynn's story felt real and gave me all the feels. As with all dual point of view stories, my preference is dual narration, however Heather Firth did a fabulous job of narrating both.
