Description

Join Joyce & Harsha Shantha, MD, FCCP at Pulmonary and Sleep Institute, for a casual conversation perfect for walking. In this Walk + Talk all about sleep, you'll hear why such a huge part of our population has trouble sleeping, how much sleep you actually need, and how naps may or may not help with a sleep deficiency. Plus, learn what is actually happening in your body while you sleep, as well as the connection between movement and sleep.About Dr. ShanthaDr. Harsha Shantha is Board certified in Pulmonary medicine, Sleep Medicine and Critical care medicine, practising in the scenic city Chattanooga, TN.  Originally from India he has now spent a majority of his life in Tennessee with over 30 years of medical experience under his belt. After dredging through the pandemic, where he treated 1000s of patients and probably lost more patients in those two years than his entire career, Dr Shantha had an epiphany and moved out of working for a corporate medical office and ventured into his own little office last June. The joy of treating his patients with the time, care and compassion they deserve has made even his maiden entrepreneurship a fun ride.  Connect with Dr. ShanthaWebsite: https://www.pulmonarysleepcha.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pulmsleepcha/
