This led her to do advanced training in nutrition and functional testing so I could help others enjoy optimal health before they needed emergency care.   She is currently a nurse practitioner, intermittent fasting and nutrition expert, and a two-time TEDx speaker. She is passionate about helping women find wellness through the healing power of nutrition and fasting.
