“Technology is constantly changing and our business expertise in the industry really entails market development funds that we offer our solution providers, technical engineering expertise, our account management expertise and of course our operations,” says Rick Chapes, AVP of Sales for AT&T Partner Exchange (APEX). Chapes explains, “AT &T Partner Exchange is a resale channel of AT &T's indirect partner solutions organization. What we do is we offer our fiber and wireless connectivity services to resellers in the market, or commonly referred to as aggregators, and they take our fixed wireless and mobility services, and they bundle it into their value proposition in the market, and then resell it to their end -user customers.”
“What makes it different for me is the customized, the bespoke service of it. Our customers can really buy internet connectivity 5G just about anywhere, but it's the customization, the attention to detail that really sets the Apex program apart from some others in the marketplace,” says Max Joseph, Sales and Business Development at AT&T, who joins Chapes on the podcast. “Our differentiation in the market is that we have portals that our solution providers can utilize, so it's all about speed and simplicity when our solution providers are going to market with our fiber and wireless services.”
