The pandemic has forced many businesses to digitize and do so in a smart way. The MACH Alliance was formed in June 2020 to help enterprise organizations navigate the complex modern technology landscape. It aims to guide and show the business advantage of open tech ecosystems: Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS, and Headless. All MACH Alliance members meet certification principles. The Alliance welcomes technology companies and individual industry experts who share the same vision for the future. MACH Alliance president Kelly Goetsch discusses how the pandemic has forced IT leaders and the C-suite to rethink their IT architecture. We talk about how businesses can cut ties with a long-term platform partner despite spending millions on them over many years.
