In this episode, working mom Megan Kramer shares her story about post partum depression (PPD). When Megan and her partner learned they were pregnant with their son, they were ecstatic. Like most pregnant moms, she spent a lot of time educating herself on pregnancy, birth, and even post partum care. She was surprised at the lack of information that was out there on post partum mental health.After spending a few days in the NICU, Megan was finally reunited with her baby but to her surprise, she felt no connection to him. Megan was suffering from post partum depression and she's not alone.
