Your gut has a major impact on your nervous system regulation. Not only does your gut create 95% of your serotonin molecules, but it also supports your immune system.
When we give our bodies nourishing foods like fruits, vegetables, omega-3's, healthy fats, nuts, lentils, and seeds we are supporting the creation of these things.
But with all of this, it's important to remember that food fears are real. Diet culture is real. and diet culture is not magical. That is not this podcast.
Let's talk about foods that support your mood and intuitive eating ie if you're craving the chips, go have a few chips. While it's important to prioritize nourishing foods, it's important that we also realize that food is a part of our culture and it's meant to be enjoyed.
