In this episode I'll tell just how you can start to work on becoming a better coach to and for yourself. And if I do my job really well this all ends with you eventually demoting me and promoting you. That's the goal every coach should have by the way. Their athletes should need them a little less every time they meet. Because every athlete should also be a coach. And every coach should be a teacher and student!
