In today's episode I'm wrapping up the 5-step goal setting framework by walking you through step 4 (L: Logistics) and step 5 (S: Schedule) so you can smash through your goals and break through your ceiling.
In step 4 we'll identify WHO and WHAT you need to achieve your goal, addressing any gaps that might be holding you back from reaching your goal
Ready to grow or leverage off tasks? Perhaps you need a WHO and I will dive into identifying who is responsible for each of the activities. Next Identify WHAT might be needed, such as skills, tools, or technology.
In step 5, I emphasized the importance of breaking down the objectives into monthly and weekly actionable tasks, prioritizing the highest-priority objective first. I stress the importance of celebrating wins, evaluating progress, and adjusting strategies if needed.
As you implement these steps, focus on what you can control: your activities, your plan, and your mindset.
Silence external factors – like interest rates, inventory challenges, or high prices. They are what they are. The real estate industry is always evolving, so don't let these factors hold you back from reaching your full potential.
