In this episode, I'm digging deeper into the 2nd fundamental: Follow up. Because a contact sitting in your database is worth ZERO dollars if you are not following up with them.
I’ll walk you through an overview of the system I use and the 4 steps you can implement to begin the process of deepening relationships today. By implementing these strategies, you can position yourself as their Real Estate Agent for Life.
Step 1: Get a Database: Your phone won't cut it.
Step 2: Place all leads - anyone you meet, past and current clients in your database.
Step 3: Clean and Organize your database. This cleanup is an investment that pays dividends for years to come. But it will take some time initially.
Step 4: Follow-Up System: you need a system to nurture and follow up with every single person in there.
Your database is a key to success. My goal for you is to get to a place where you stop spending money on lead generating platforms and services and leverage your database to its highest level. My database has made me 7 figures over and over. So stay focused on the basics – generating leads and consistent follow-up and growing your database now. It will be well worth it!
