In this episode, I’m talking about making money as a real estate agent – and guess what? It all starts with lead generation.
Lead generation is about meeting new people, and is not the same as lead follow-up. Today, I’m covering the basics: identifying your top 3 lead gen sources (yes, it takes time), how much time to spend, what to say, and what to do once you connect.
I also share my own journey, where I closed over $375K million without cold calling, reaching out to expired listings, or handling open houses, and I knew I had to employ alternative strategies to get to the closing table like leveraging my sphere and creating a referral business. The cool thing is, there is no one-size fits all.
