Description
In this episode I sit down with Sid Mallya to discuss the taboo around Mental Health within the Indian Culture. We talk around the stigma still attached to mental health, how to manage your thoughts and the importance of building mental resilience.
Sid talks through his experience with combatting depression, dealing with OCD, coping with negative comments and also gives some great tips on tackling negative thoughts and comments.
I loved having this conversation with Sid (even though we recorded this at 11pm UK time which is wayyyy past my bedtime!) but I hope that some of the stories and tips we share are helpful and that you all learn as much as I did from this episode!
