The first thing to realise when you're a perimenopausal woman, is that the lifestyle we lived during our thirties is not going to work when we reach later years.
When we reach our forties and see that our ovary hormones are beginning to retire, we must start to examine our lifestyle and adjust accordingly. Our estrogen goes up and down, and means that we will have days where we feel normal and days where we feel terrible.
