I invite you to place your hands on your heart. 

We call forth this Reiki energy,

As you place any personal intention for the highest and greatest good for your healing. 

Gently settle in.

This is your time to wind down and receive,

The nourishment you so willingly give each and every day.

You sacrifice your own needs.

You give with all your energy.

You bend deeply.

You breathe existence into everything you do. 

And now, it’s your turn to receive.

Honoring you.

Honoring you as a mother.

PAUSE…

Take this time as you quiet your mind,

And quiet your body.

To let it all go.

PAUSE…

Retreat inward with the breath.

Taking a few deep breaths, 

And deep breaths out. 

PAUSE…

Now allow your breath to be quiet and peaceful,

As you slowly drift into this beautiful place of sleep.

This Reiki energy heals your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

Feel the top of your head,

This continuous waterfall of light pouring through you.

Moving through all the cells and fibers of your being. 

Feeling your body getting more and more relaxed.

PAUSE…

This Reiki energy reminds you to soften your inner critic,

And to experience your greatness.

Gently feel as the energy moves from the top of your head,

To right over your face and eyes.

Feel your eyes sink inward and relax.

Your eyes that see all the beauty in this world,

All the love you receive from being a mother,

Unconditional love.

The sweetness of moments and memories. 

You feel your face warm in a smile.

Enjoy this now.

PAUSE…

This energy moves to your ears and throat.

For the sounds you hear of laughter and giggles.

The words of love, wisdom and support that you give and receive.

PAUSE…

This energy moves to your heart,

As you feel the gratitude within you,

For all your many blessings. 

Blessings that are bestowed on you,

And blessings you bestow on others.

PAUSE…

This Reiki energy moves to your belly,

And circulates in the belly,

As you feel your belly calm and relax. 

Sensing your greatness,

Your power,

And your strength.

PAUSE…

This Reiki energy moves to your hips,

As you welcome in this energy,

You feel your hips settle and relax.

Your hips hold all your emotions,

And this energy clears away anything that’s not serving you here.

It restores vitality,

Creativity,

And self-expression.

Allow your body to receive this energy,

Here at your hips.

PAUSE…

And gently,

This Reiki energy moves down your legs,

Into your feet.

This energy caresses your feet,

It holds you,

Like you hold so many and so much.

Knowing you are held and nourished,

Into this beautiful, peaceful sleep.
