Mike Salemi is renowned expert in human performance. With over 15 years of elite-level competition in Powerlifting and Kettlebell Sport, Mike knows what it takes to excel in the world of strength and conditioning.

Mike's journey of overcoming sport-related injuries revealed the biggest missing link in the fitness space. The complete disregard for the body as an enter connected system. This inspired him to begin his coaching career with the vital importance of integrating the body, mind, and spirit for sustainable high performance at the center.

Professionally, Mike has served as a Division 1 coach for Santa Clara University, as well as has been the trainer to elite athletes across a wide range of sports. His current focus is teaching educational workshops, certifications, and creating programs on unconventional training that build more balance athletes.
